Anna is currently working toward her Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Middle Tennessee State University. Combining her passion for people and horses, she majored in Equestrian Sciences with a minor in Psychology in her undergraduate work. Her goal is to become an Equine Assisted Therapist with a focus in Trauma Therapy. Her dream career is to work with Military families to find healing before and after deployment.
When there is free time, the Middle Tennessee native enjoys spending time with family, reading, crafting, watching Netflix, or riding her horses. You can also find her at the pool teaching children with special needs how to swim.
Brandie is in pursuit of her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is passionate about seeing adolescents discover their identity early in life to put them on a trajectory towards success. Brandie has worked with at risk adolescents and those trying to overcome alcohol and drug addiction. She has a Master’s in Business Administration and a BA in Organizational Leadership. Brandie changed career paths to become a counselor to help others create space to identify and embrace their true selves. She considers it a blessing being able to serve others in this capacity.
Brandie grew up in West Tennessee enjoying sports, specifically, baseball, basketball, and football, outdoor activities, trying new food, traveling, collecting sneakers, and spending time with family and friends.
Tyler is a master's level intern studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University. His professional memberships include the American Counseling Association and the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association. Tyler was guided to join the counseling field after an inspiring volunteer experience at a grief camp for children. To witness the children's bravery, amazing ability to connect, and transformation was truly life changing for him. Tyler has a heart for working with children/adolescents and places a high value on incorporating nature along with mindfulness in the therapeutic process.
Tyler is originally from a small town in Illinois, but Nashville has been home for the past five years. When he's not taking care of his daughter as a stay-at-home Papa, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking, golfing, and biking.
Joni is our Business Development Director. She grew up in Michigan on a blueberry farm, which is where she learned a good work ethic from her parents. Joni has a BS degree from Liberty University. Upon graduation from college, Joni worked for the university as a dorm supervisor and took masters level classes in education. Joni served alongside her husband Ralph in 3 different churches while helping raise their two sons and working as a land developer and realtor. Ralph and Joni began Lantern Lane Farm in 2004, which became a non-profit entity in 2008.
Ralph and Joni have two grown sons, who are both married, and five grandchildren who they adore. She loves spending time with Ralph and their family.
Diane is our Administrative Assistant and Intake Coordinator. She is a Certified Lay Counselor from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, grandchild, and her two fur babies Muffin and Brookie Lynn.
