Play/Sand Tray Therapy
Children’s play provides a vital window into their inner world, even when they struggle to put their thoughts and feelings into words. By observing their play and working with them to solve problems, we can offer a safe and supportive space for children to express their worries and concerns. Sand tray therapy is a therapeutic intervention that involves using a sandbox to create miniature worlds that reflect a person’s inner thoughts and struggles, often with the use of toy figures and water.
