Joshua Hawkins, MA - Pre-Licensed Counselor Under Supervision
Joshua Hawkins began working at Lantern Lane Farm as an intern and progressed to a full-time therapist following graduation from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary’s Master of Christian Counseling program. He believes in a client-focused and integrative approach to helping his clients. He supports clients as they navigate a variety of life stressors. His primary focus is on the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Joshua primarily enjoys working with children and adolescents but takes on clients from the age of 5 years old to 40 years old. Joshua employs Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting to help clients achieve their therapy goals.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and recipes, building LEGO sets, and relaxing at home with his wife and three black cats.
