Her approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, tailoring her methods to meet each client’s unique needs. In addition to traditional 50-minute counseling sessions, Taryn also offers one- and two-day therapy intensives, allowing clients to experience more rapid progress in their growth. These intensives are tailored to the individual client's needs.

Passionate about fostering hope, healing, and personal transformation, Taryn considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients as they navigate life's challenges.

Outside of her professional work, Taryn enjoys road trips, curling up with a good book, time with horses, and hiking with her husband and two dogs while exploring landscape photography.
