Megan Neal, MFT

Megan graduated from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with her Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling and is certified in Art Therapy. She believes in a whole-person integrative therapy approach that addresses the client's mind, body, and spirit. Megan believes that hope is for everyone who desires it and is willing to walk toward it. She is honored to work with clients ages 12 and up as well as women who need support through pain, grief, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, trauma, purity culture effects, life transitions, pre-marital, blended family challenges, divorce, loss, boundaries, parenting, co-parenting, conflict resolution, identity, goal-setting, and more.

Megan has been trained in many interventions and modalities, including but not limited to Art Therapy, CBT, EFT, brain-spotting, and adventure therapy. Megan feels strongly that every person is unique and, therefore, therapy is unique to that person.

She enjoys all things outdoors, spending time with her own blended family, traveling, creativity, and any opportunity for humor.
