Sarah Long, MMFT - Marriage and Family Therapist Under Supervision

Sarah has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and BA in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University. She is also working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist and enjoys working with children, adolescents, and their families. She uses a variety of therapeutic tools including: play therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Narrative Therapy, and art.

It is her goal to provide a safe space for children and adolescents to navigate all that life brings, begin to recognize their inherent goodness and worth, and find emotional well-being. She believes that play and art can foster healing and growth. She considers it an honor to walk alongside children and partner with parents as they journey through the highs and lows of life.

In her free time, Sarah loves to paint, read, listen to music and hangout with her dog Penny. She is a firm believer that light and goodness can be found in any situation and that laughter is a powerful thing.
